We are glad to serve Christian churches, entities, and people; however, it is always necessary to fill up the reservation form beforehand. We will answer the request, indicating the total cost and the 20% that should be paid in order to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be finalized and firm after the payment of that 20% of the total cost.

Accomodations

Most of our rooms have been renovated, and we are in the process of renovating the rest of them to optimal condition. Our rooms vary in size and characteristics: 

Meals

We coordinate the services of a catering company. 
  • Breakfast consists of toust, marmalade, butter, cereal, ham, coffee and milk.
  • Lunch and dinnerconsist of two courses, dessert, drink and bread.  Half Menu is only one course, dessert, drink and bread. 

Conference Halls

IBSTE has classrooms and halls to hold meetings of all types. All the rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning for use in winter and summer, and have a TV screen to project powerpoints or videos. The Chapel Hall has a sound system with multiple channels. All other rooms or halls could have a sound system available but with only four channels. The cost of the halls corresponds to their capacity and characteristics.
